Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information:
- Information you give us directly. When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you submit so we can respond to you.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar identifiers to understand how the site is used. Our analytics tools are Google Analytics 4 and Ahrefs Analytics. These tools record things like the pages you view, your approximate region, the type of device and browser you use, and how you arrived at the site.
When you browse or check out through our live menu, that experience is powered by Dutchie, our cannabis-commerce platform. Order and account information you enter on the menu is handled by Dutchie under its own privacy practices.
How we use your information
We use the information above to reply to your inquiries, fulfill and support orders placed through our Dutchie-powered menu, keep the site secure, understand which pages are useful, and improve the website. We do not use your contact-form details to send you marketing you did not ask for.
Age-gating and your privacy controls
Cannabis is for adults 21 and older. Our site honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal and Do-Not-Track preferences sent by your browser. We also load non-essential analytics only after a visitor confirms they are 21 or older through our on-site age gate. Until you confirm 21+, optional analytics stay off.

We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to handle your request and our records, then delete or anonymize them. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention windows of Google Analytics 4 and Ahrefs.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] with your request and we will respond within a reasonable time. We handle personal information consistent with New York's data-security expectations under the SHIELD Act and take reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Children
