How the program works
Earn points on every dollar spent, in-store or through Sage Seeds delivery. Points accrue automatically when your phone number or email is on file at checkout. Redeem points at the counter or at delivery checkout for discounts on future orders. The program is free to join. Your points never expire as long as your account stays active (one purchase per 12 months).

How to join
- In-store: Ask any budtender at checkout. We add your phone number, email, and ID-verified date of birth.
- At delivery checkout: Tick the loyalty enrollment box on your first order.
- By request: Email us and we will send a one-time enrollment link.
You must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID. We do not share member data with brands or third parties for marketing without your explicit opt-in. The full data policy is in our Privacy Policy.
Loyalty + delivery
Loyalty members earn points on delivery orders the same way they do in-store. Same-day delivery in our Queens local zone carries a $50 minimum; the Nassau and Suffolk extended zones carry a $100 minimum. Members also get priority into limited delivery windows on event nights at UBS Arena and Belmont Park.
What loyalty does not do
- It does not let anyone under 21 enroll, ever
- It does not entitle members to medical-cannabis access (Sage Seeds is adult-use)
- It does not authorize sharing accounts or pooling purchases for tax-cap workarounds
- It does not affect the state purchase caps: every transaction still tops out at three ounces of flower or 24 grams of concentrates per state law
Member FAQ
Do points expire? No, as long as your account remains active. One purchase every 12 months keeps the account active.
Can I use points the same day I earn them? Points post the same day; redemption is available on your next order.
Do members get exclusive products? Yes, members get first-look access to new strain drops and brand pop-ups before the public menu refreshes.
Can I gift points to a friend? No. Points are tied to the verified ID of the account holder.
How do I check my balance? Ask at the counter, check your account in delivery checkout, or contact us and we will send your balance.
Where do I see current promotions? Members get them by email or SMS. The public version goes up at Weekly Specials and on Instagram @sageseeds.ny.
