Drop your zip.
We’ll tell you the truth.
We don’t advertise zones we can’t serve well. If your zip is on a coverage edge, we’ll say so — and give you an honest delivery window. Our site is new and we’re still loading every ZIP, so if yours isn’t listed yet, shop the menu and add your address at checkout — it’ll go through if we reach you.
Do we deliver to your door?
Type a zip or neighborhood. We cover 118 ZIPs across Queens, Nassau, and western Suffolk, most local orders within the hour.
Please be mindful of rush hour and traffic. Most local orders land within the hour, but Long Island Expressway, Belt Parkway, and Northern State traffic can stretch the window. We’ll text you a live ETA at dispatch.

How Sage Seeds delivery works
- Order online at the Cannabis Menu. Build your cart, hit checkout, choose Delivery, enter your address.
- Verify your age with your government ID upload. The same ID must be at the door.
- Pay using digital bank transfer through our checkout, or select cash on delivery (exact change). Federal banking restrictions still prevent us from processing major credit cards.
- Track your delivery in your account. The Bellerose dispatch center routes orders by ZIP cluster.
- Receive at the door. Show your ID; the driver will verify name and age before handoff.
What you can order for delivery
The full Sage Seeds menu is available for delivery: flower (indica, sativa, hybrid), pre-rolls (singles, multi-packs, infused), vapes (live resin, live rosin, distillate, disposables, pods), edibles (gummies, chocolates, drinks, low-dose 5 mg), concentrates (live rosin, hash rosin, badder, budder), tinctures, topicals, CBD-only products, and accessories. Brand availability varies by week. The live menu shows real-time stock at Cannabis Menu and Shop.
Delivery rules every customer needs to know
- You must be 21+ with a valid government ID. The customer who placed the order must be the one at the door.
- Where state rules allow delivery. New York permits delivery to a residential property, a short- or long-term residence, or a private business. It prohibits delivery to public spaces including parks, public buildings, community centers, school grounds, day-care centers and houses of worship. Deliveries must stay within New York State, must go to the person who placed the order, and must not be handed to someone sitting in a vehicle.
- Sage Seeds policy on top of that. We do not deliver to federal property, since cannabis remains illegal under federal law. Some buildings will not accept a cannabis delivery regardless. Enter the exact address at checkout and we will tell you before you pay.
- Single-transaction limits: three ounces of cannabis flower or 24 grams of concentrates per state law.
- Payment: digital bank transfer through checkout or exact cash on delivery. Credit cards cannot be processed due to federal banking rules.
- No state-line crossing: federal law prohibits transporting cannabis across state lines, including to and from New Jersey or Connecticut.
- No driver tips required, but they are appreciated and accepted in cash.
The full state regulatory framework is summarized at New York cannabis delivery rules.
Why licensed delivery reaches most of Long Island from Bellerose
Nassau's three towns, Hempstead, North Hempstead and Oyster Bay, opted out of cannabis dispensary retail under the Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act, and a town's opt-out covers only the area outside its incorporated villages. Most Suffolk towns made the same call. That leaves licensed Queens dispensaries as the lawful supply for the entire western Long Island corridor. Sage Seeds is the first licensed dispensary east of the Cross Island Parkway, which puts our dispatch on the Nassau side of the parkway for most of western Nassau.
Our delivery rotation is built around that geography. We bundle Nassau and Suffolk routes by ZIP, leave Bellerose with multiple orders per run, and prioritize members and event-night customers in the Queens local zone for tight windows.
Delivery FAQ
Does Sage Seeds deliver to Garden City?
Yes. Garden City (11530) has a $50 minimum. Same-day windows are typical. See the Garden City delivery page.
Is there a delivery fee?
There is no delivery fee in the Core, Greater Queens, and Gold Coast zones. The Suffolk reach zone carries a $5 fee. Your zone is set by your ZIP, and the fee and minimum that apply to your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
How fast is same-day delivery?
In the Queens local zone, most orders are delivered within 1-3 hours of confirmation. In the Nassau and Suffolk extended zone, 2-5 hours is typical, depending on order time and route load.
Can I tip the driver?
Tips are not required and are not added at checkout. Cash tips at the door are appreciated.
Can I have someone else accept my order?
No. The customer who placed the order must be the person at the door with the matching valid 21+ government ID.
Can I get cannabis delivered to a hotel?
New York's rules allow delivery to a short- or long-term residence, which can include a hotel; they do not limit delivery to private homes only. What the rules do prohibit is delivery to public spaces such as parks and public buildings, to school grounds, day-care centers, community centers and houses of worship, and to anyone sitting in a vehicle. Individual hotels can still refuse to accept a cannabis delivery, so enter the exact address at checkout and we will confirm before you pay.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Not currently. Federal banking restrictions prevent dispensary credit card processing. Digital bank transfer through our checkout or exact cash at the door are the supported methods.
How late do you deliver?
Cutoffs depend on day and zone. Same-day delivery cutoffs are listed at checkout once your address is entered. The Bellerose dispatch center generally extends delivery hours past in-store closing.
Do you deliver to Suffolk?
Yes, into Melville, Huntington, and Dix Hills. $250 minimum plus a $5 fee.
Is it legal to have weed delivered in Long Island?
Yes, when delivered by an NYS-licensed dispensary like Sage Seeds. Unlicensed delivery brands are not legal regardless of marketing language. Verify any brand at the official OCM dispensary verification tool.
