What CBD does (and what it does not)
CBD does:
- Reduce anxiety in many adults at moderate doses (typically 25 to 50 mg)

- Soften THC's anxious or racy edge when combined in 1:1 or higher CBD ratios
- Potentially help sleep onset (especially with CBN combinations)

Standard CBD product ratios on the NY shelf

- 2:1 CBD:THC. Twice the CBD as THC. Calming-dominant with mild THC.
- 4:1 to 10:1 CBD:THC. Strongly CBD-dominant. Most of the calm with very little high.

How to dose CBD
Start higher than you would expect:
